Black Obsidian is a very powerful and creative stone. It increases self-control. It forces facing up to one’s true self. Releases imbalances and negative energies. Black Obsidian, like all black crystals, is protective and provides support during change. It repels negativity and disperses unloving thoughts (Charms of Light).

Though not often in my obsidian, some pieces may contain light spots of amber color that can be seen in sunlight or tiny specs of white. These are natural inclusions in some areas of obsidian and in no way compromise the crystal.

***Crystals are naturally formed. Each piece has been carved and polished into the desired shape. Every single piece is unique and will not be identical to any other piece ever in existence. Your crystal may be slightly smaller or larger, lighter or darker than the one pictured. Please be mindful of naturally occurring inclusions, veils, bubbles, indentions, and phantoms that may be present in your stone. Crystals may be polished with a soft cloth to maintain luster and shine.
